How It All Started...

We are a project management build company that wrote our own estimating software applications to boost our business growth and free up our time for more important tasks.

The extensive knowledge of the building industry enabled us to write software applications.​ We realized early on that taking too long to quote caused a bottleneck in our business.

This bottleneck would make it impossible for our business to grow. We personally use the software applications we built in house for quoting our own building projects.

This significantly helped us to scale up our business and keep our customers happy. Our quoting ability instantly paved the way for our continued growth and high level of customer satisfaction.​

We have purchased software applications for estimating in the past to find out that they were not as advertised and very complex.

The tech support was non existent and eventually tossed them aside as they were not adequate the long learning curve due to the complexity.

The market is flooded with software applications that are very limited for what they can calculate.​​ Most software on the market is only for time management and very limited when it comes to material's calculating. They are specifically designed for managing time in project management settings as they were built by people that do not have much construction experience, if any experience at all. We have over 40 years of experience in the building industry...
